Peer Tutoring FAQs

Can I still get help from a peer tutor?

Yes, peer tutoring help is now available online. Video and audio are required for online appointments.

 

How do I book an appointment?

The steps to book an appointment haven't changed. Log in to wconline to view the schedule and make an appointment.

 

I don't see my course code listed on the schedule. What should I do?

Unfortunately, we have a limited number of tutors available at this time.We cannot guarantee a tutor will be available for every course code. If you require help with math, science, writing or ESL, you can chat online with one of our Academic Drop In facilitators for assistance.

 

I made an appointment with a tutor. How do we meet?

All appointments are being conducted online. Shortly before the start time, log in to wconline. Click on your scheduled timeslot and select the start or join online consultation link. Please ensure your computer is setup correctly before your appointment start time.
