About Niagara College Test Centres

Niagara College Test Centres provide accommodated testing services to students who have been prequalified through Health, Wellness and Accessibility Services.

Students who have missed or will miss a test due to illness, an emergency, or other extenuating circumstances are permitted to write in the Test Centre if they have approval from their instructor.

Using the Test Centre

• Please note that it is the responsibility of the student to book their appointment with the Test Centre.
• Once an appointment has been booked by a student, instructors will receive an email to their college email account confirming the appointment. For this reason, it is essential that all instructors monitor their college email account as that is where Test Centre notification emails are sent. Instructors should make note of the date and time the student has requested for their Test Centre appointment.
  • If an instructor approves of the appointment, they can proceed to upload the test file(s) and testing instructions onto Clockwork Faculty. Please see the page Using Clockwork Faculty for step-by-step instructions on how to find and use Clockwork Faculty.
  • If an instructor does not approve of the appointment, they will need to contact the appropriate Test Centre to let staff know.

Important Clockwork Faculty Information

• Instructors have up until 72 hours before a student's test start time to upload test file(s) and testing instructions. Once within the 72 hour window of an appointment, instructors will no longer be able to upload test file(s) or testing instructions. At this point, instructors will need to contact the appropriate Test Centre to make alternate test delivery arrangements. 
• If instructors need to make changes to previously submitted testing instructions or test file(s) within Clockwork Faculty, they will need to inform the appropriate Test Centre to let them know as the test and instructions may have been prepared before the changes were made. 
• Clockwork Faculty sends out automatic reminder emails to instructors. Do not reply to these emails unless they come from either nltesting@niagaracollege.ca or wctesting@niagaracollege.ca, as those are the only Test Centre email inboxes we have the ability to monitor.
