Accommodated Testing

The Test Centre provides an accommodated testing environment to students whose needs cannot be met in the classroom. In order to receive accommodated testing, students will need to be registered with Health, Wellness and Accessibility Services.

Booking Appointments

Testing appointment requests need to submitted a minimum of 8 days in advance, with final exam appointment requests requiring a minimum of 14 days' notice.

Students with testing accommodations can book appointments online to write regularly scheduled tests using Clockwork Student. Please see the page Booking Appointments with Clockwork Student for step-by-step instructions on how to find and use Clockwork Student.

Accommodated students who have been granted approval from their instructor to complete a missed test in the Test Centre will need to complete the Missed Test Request Form instead of booking through Clockwork Student. The Missed Test Request Form can be found on the Missed/Make-up Testing page.

Things to Remember

• Niagara College students who do not attend or cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled testing appointment will have a fee of $20 applied to their student account.
• Cancellations are to be submitted via email to your campus's Test Centre. Cancellations over telephone are not accepted.
• If you are having difficulty scheduling your appointments due to timetable conflicts, please visit the Test Centre for assistance.
• To reschedule an appointment, the Test Centre will need to receive approval via email from your instructor.
