Welland Campus Test Centre
Office Hours: Monday - Thursday from 8 am - 4 pm (Please note that on August 10th, 2022 and August 11th, 2022, our office hours will be 9am - 4pm)

ALL REQUESTS REQUIRE 7 DAYS NOTICE

 

CURRENT LOA STUDENTS: Please book your test via ClockWork Student located in your MyNC - Apps. All requests require at least 7 days notice. If you are experiencing difficulty submitting your request, please take a screen shot and email it to your respective campus for next steps. **Please note all issues with screen shots need to be reported the day you are trying to book in order to ensure your request is received within 7 days.**

It is the student’s responsibility to submit their testing request a minimum of 7 days in advance to arrange accommodated tests and exams for all on campus Test Centre accommodations. 


ACCOMMODATED STUDENTS (LOA)

The Test Centre provides a testing environment that provides accommodations for students when those needs cannot be met in the classroom environment. In order to receive accommodated testing, students will need to be registered with Health Wellness and Accessibility Services.


Welland Campus

In-person Testing (On-Campus / Test Centre) – It is the student’s responsibility to submit their request via ClockWork Student a minimum of 7 days in advance in order to arrange for accommodated tests and exams.

On-Line Testing (Off-Campus) – It is the student’s responsibility to contact the class instructors a minimum of 7 days in advance in order to arrange for accommodated tests and exams.


DJP Campus

In-person Testing (On-Campus / Test Centre)It is the student’s responsibility to submit their request via ClockWork Student a minimum of 7 days in advance in order to arrange for accommodated tests and exams.

On-Line Testing (Off-Campus) – It is the student’s responsibility to contact the class instructors a minimum of 7 days in advance in order to arrange for accommodated tests and exams.

 

MISSED / MAKEUP TESTING

The Niagara College Test Centre provides testing services to students that were unable to complete their tests or exams during their regular scheduled class time. All requests must be approved by the professor prior to requesting an appointment.


Welland Campus

In-person Testing (On-Campus / Test Centre) - It is the student’s responsibility to contact the class instructor for permission to complete a rewrite for a missed test due to illness or an extenuating circumstance. If permission is granted please submit your request a minimum of 7 days in advance in-person at the Test Centre - SE220 or via email wctesting@niagaracollege.ca.

Online Testing (Off-Campus) - It is the student’s responsibility to contact the class instructor for permission to complete a rewrite for a missed test due to illness or an extenuating circumstance. If permission is granted please arrange directly with professor.


DJP Campus

NON-ATTENDANCE / NO-SHOW -  Niagara College students who do not attend or cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled testing appointment will have a missed test fee of $20 applied to their student account. Cancellations are to be emailed to the appropriate campus.

PRE-ADMISSION TESTING

We are offering some limited on-line pre-admission testing for Mature Student Testing and Advanced Care Paramedic.
