Geoff and Chris created a Google Form survey/questionnaire in order to gather feedback from students, staff, and faculty who regularly use and access the Library's website for services information, and for assignment research.
Survey definition: The current library website is in need of an upgrade and overall, away from a text-centered basis. Feedback from the Niagara College Community of faculty, staff, and students will allow library staff to acquire insight to the most important features and issues the NCC wishes the new website to have.

Geoff found, and will apply, Screencastify app for Chrome to record students using the library website and engaging the site with user goals and specific task outcomes designed by the UX team.
Survey results will help the UX team design and then TEST usability of the new site with students (our primary users), to better streamline wording, images, text, functions, and pathways, etc.
