While remotely working from home in 2020, the UX Team, in collaboration with the library's circulation and reference staff, Test Centre staff, developed these documents for when all staff return to on campus work when it was safer according to public health. Library and Learning Commons staff used public health and college evidence / policies / procedures to transform both campus library spaces into safer areas for students to access and study.
