  • Project – Page 1+
  • Vendor – Ex Libris
  • Fulfillment = Circulation (plus more)
  • Patron Physical Request = Hold on a book in the Library
  • Manage Patron Services = Checkout (renew, pay, etc)
  • Return Items = Check In
  • Pick From Shelf = Process Holds
  • Scan In Items = Capture Holds or In House Use
