A Note can be placed by Staff from the User Details window
Leave User Viewable blank so students do not see the message when they log into Primo VE
Notes do not block privileges
Edit/Delete a Note from the Notes Tab
If User viewable is chosen, a user will be able to see any Notes associated with their account
