Peer Tutoring

Promote the Peer Tutoring Program in your Classes

Everyone can benefit from additional support. Encourage students to use this service right from the start:

  • Add a link to the Peer Tutoring site in Brightspace.
  • Post a flyer in your Brightspace classroom; contact us to request a specialized flyer for your course.
  • Invite a tutor to your class to introduce themselves and make a quick announcement.

Peer Tutors will help students with their studies by reviewing and clarifying material covered in class. Students can make appointments throughout the term as needed.

Recommend a Student!

Do you have a student in your course who is succeeding academically? Would they be a good fit to help other students succeed next term?

Faculty may refer strong students to become Peer Tutors. It is a great opportunity for students to get paid for sharing their knowledge and helping others. If you would like to recommend a student, please email us and we'll do the rest!

We cannot guarantee a tutor will be available for every course. Your assistance in recruiting tutors is always appreciated. Hiring is subject to demand.
