Niagara College offers a full range of health and wellness services designed to support students' holistic well-being, including medical care, mental health counseling, wellness workshops, and fitness programs. These services aim to promote overall health, balance, and resilience, helping students achieve their best both inside and outside the classroom.

Health, Wellness, and Accessibility Services at Niagara College offer comprehensive support for students' physical, mental, and emotional well-being. These services include counseling, health resources, and accommodations for students with disabilities, ensuring all students have the tools and support needed to thrive both academically and personally.

Library - Makerspace

The Makerspace at Niagara College's library is a vibrant area where students can engage in hands-on activities with puzzles, games, crafts, and other creative projects, offering alternative ways to manage stress and build community with peers while exploring and developing their interests.

Niagara College Therapeutic Recreation ​Activity Collective (nc-TRAC) is a dynamic initiative brought to you by Niagara College’s Recreation Therapy program, designed to boost and support the well-being of the whole student ​and broader community.

We provide evidence-based therapeutic recreation services, experiences, and resources that are tailored to support the social, emotional, physical, cognitive and spiritual health of our participants. nc-TRAC aims to foster a positive and enriching experience for all individuals, including students, staff, and the wider community.
